Our 58 sq.m. apartment, Sea Urchin – Neos Kosmos, is on the second floor of a two-storey traditional style house building. It comprises two bedrooms, a specious Living/Dining room / kitchen and a lovely bathroom with a very special finishing. You will be impressed by the view from the two balconies overlooking the sea. Outdoor furniture is available for the balconies.

Breathtaking view aside, Sea Urchin – Neos Kosmos offers a fully equipped kitchen with 60 cm oven with ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, Microwave Oven, coffee maker and toaster, smoke detector, Smart 43’’ TV as well as High Speed Internet connection (up to 100 MBps) over Wi-Fi and Ethernet connections.

The apartment (58,48 Sq. m.) can accommodate up to 6 persons comprising one bedroom with a double bed (150X200 cm), one with two single beds (90X200) and a living room sofa / bed (100X200 cm) which can, when needed, convert to a full-size double bed (200X200 cm). All rooms are airconditioned, with modern double-glazed windows with mosquito nets as well as central heating for the colder days.

Parking space is available next to the building.
